French-speaking Research Day 2024 (Journée Francophone de la Recherche 2024 / JFR 2024) - 1er novembre 2024
The Association of French-speaking Students and Researchers in Japan, the Embassy of France in Japan (SST and SC/IFJ), the Tokyo Office of the CNRS North-East Asia and the French Institute for Research on Japan (MFJ-IFRJ, UMIFRE 19 MEAE-CNRS) are organizing the French-speaking Research Day 2024 (JFR 2024) on Friday, November 1, 2024 at the Maison franco-japonaise (MFJ), Tokyo. As a hybrid format, the event will be simultaneously broadcast on Zoom.
Since 1997, this annual meeting has brought together the community of French-speaking researchers and students established in Japan, from all disciplines and nationalities. The objective of the JFR is to allow researchers, students, doctoral students, engineers, institutions, company representatives or any interested person to meet and discuss their activities in Japan.
Participation is free, open and accessible to all, but registration is mandatory via the online form: https://www.sciencescope.org/appel-a-communications-jfr-2024/
– Registration for speakers (presentation/flash-talk/poster proposals) is open until Friday, September 20, 2024.
– Registration for auditors is open until Wednesday, October 30, 2024.
This year, the JFR will also celebrate 50 years of Franco-Japanese scientific cooperation with oral presentations in the auditorium and posters in the gallery of the Franco-Japanese House.
